In Pembroke Pines, popular practices book routine cleanings weeks ahead, so call early or ask to be put on a cancellation list; emergency and walk-in clinics are the exception. Across Florida, a new-patient exam with X-rays and a cleaning typically runs from about $150 to $350 without insurance, and many offices publish new-patient specials on their websites. Check the listing for hours, whether the office takes your insurance or Medicaid, languages spoken, wheelchair access and parking, then confirm by phone: insurance networks and providers change more often than the listings do.

I always have such a wonderful experience at this dental office. Lizbeth, my dental hygienist, is truly exceptional, she has such an incredibly gentle touch that I never feel the slightest discomfort during my cleanings. She is kind, caring, attentive, and makes every visit feel comfortable and easy. Bea and Jazmine, the dental assistants, are wonderful, always warm, compassionate, and caring. Sara, the office manager, is incredibly welcoming and helpful. The entire office has such a positive and friendly atmosphere, all under the care of Dr. Fischzang. I’m truly grateful for this wonderful team and especially for Lizbeth’s exceptional care. ❤️

If I can give this place zero stars, I would. Ever since I’ve been coming here, I had a horrible experience from day one. I had to go somewhere else to do a root canal, Then come back to get fitted for a crown. I’ve been going through it with these people for months. I was fit for a temporary crown until the Permanent one was delivered. The next day the crown Broke into pieces while eating chicken breast and mashed potatoes. I almost swallowed the teeth until I felt it crunching in my mouth. The following day, the teeth fell out, and I noticed it in my mouth while I was sleeping. I Didn’t want to be a bother so I just waited the two weeks for the permanent crown to be finished. When I came in for them to insert the permanent crown I was told I had to wait another two weeks/3 weeks because the permanent teeth was not fitting properly. They then Put another temporary Crown In while I waited again. the same day the second crown was put in it fell out while eating macaroni and cheese. I called them to inform them this again. I was so over it to the point that I didn’t even bother to have it put back in temporarily until the permanent crown came. Then I’ve been receiving billing errors

Dr. Forrest is excellent in his practice. I never felt any pain after the procedure and I’ve had a few in the past. Everything was well coordinated from scheduling to premedication to the actual surgery. Every person in this office has exceeded my expectations!!

What a great practice. The ladies in the front, Heather, Eilyn and the rest of the gang are wonderful to work with and super helpful and accommodating…my hygienist, Lenny has a soft touch and is always very reassuring, the best!!! Dr Fischzang is in a class by himself…great dentist and super sweet man…in today’s world where customer service is a lost art…I found it!!! Thanks to you all!!!

This has been my dental office for over 21 years. Dr. Fishzang is very kind, but the new management is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. THE FRONT DESK STAFF ARE TRAINED TO MONEY GRAB!!! These people are not in the business of caring for their dental patients!! My son has been away at school and for a year. He takes very good care of his teeth. He hasn’t had any major dental issues and literally requires maintenance cleaning. My insurance covers up to 4 free cleanings. When he arrived for his visit they said the hygienist RECOMMENDED A DEEP CLEANING that the insurance does not cover. It would cost $200 plus dollars. This is absolutely unacceptable. When I explained to the receptionist that I was going to take my business elsewhere she simple responded OK. THEY ARE HORRIBLE, DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE!!! Go somewhere you will be treated like you work hard for your money.

Dr. Alberto Fischzang was very thorough in my first visit. He did a comprehensive exam and his assistant was very nice too. Looking forward to my future appointments and receiving this superb service. Fingers crossed for the cool gift! 😂 UPDATE: I had a wonderful experience with the hygienist today! She was nice, attentive and did a great job on my teeth. Oh, and I did get the cool gift! 😁
